A veteran who gave everything shouldn't be forgotten.

Thousands of veterans rest at San Antonio National Cemetery, and hundreds of their graves have found a family through Adopt a Grave since 2024. Many still wait for someone to remember they served.

When you adopt a grave, you place a wreath at your veteran's headstone during the Wreaths Across America ceremony on Saturday, December 19, 2026. You speak their name, their branch, their dates, and say "Thank you for your service." That moment costs $20 and includes three keepsakes bearing your veteran's name: a hand-made ornament, an engraved dog tag, and a personalized Certificate of Remembrance and Honor.
